Bobby removed, resized, installed hardware, painted, and reattached the closet doors for 4 bedrooms. He removed and replaced the heavy rotted wood panel at the bottom of the exterior of the fireplace in the family room. He painted all the interior baseboards and trim. He fixed and painted dry rot drywall at the bottom of the porch columns. He performed minor deck repairs. He performed this work for the aesthetics and to meet last minute requirements of the HOA before the home was listed for sale. He also installed a microwave above the stove.
