Mike is a guy who will help out no matter what your dealing with. We have a water heater that has a solar panel hooked to it. We got turned down by many plumbers, he was willing to help us out. He gave us what we needed to have it fixed. He even called on a Saturday morning to see if it was working. Would recommend Mike sand his team!

Michael and the team really do solid work and are very responsive. I've dealt with a plethora of vendors across various different industries and Naumann Plumbing really stands out. Sarah the service writer is always very communicative and Loukie their tech is a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable as well. Keep it up team!

Had the displeasure of experiencing the lack of professionalism from one of their employees while driving on US-50. The driver of one of their trucks was in the far left lane, not passing anyone. When I was finally able to get around the truck on the right, I honked my horn to get the employee’s attention. It appeared that he was looking at his cell phone and not paying attention to traffic. Later, when he passed me when I slowed down to exit the highway, he flipped me off. Wouldn’t use this company if that’s how their technicians handle themselves.
