I'm relatively new to the area and knew we needed a new roof from the day we bought our house. It had a double-layer roof and the second layer was probably 20 years old at time of purchase, but we weren't ready for the investment. Fast forward almost 10 years later and it was definitely time. We had a number of the big roofing businesses over who took 2 hours of our time with a hard sales pitch, had wide ranges in pricing (were able to be talked down), and overall just an unpleasent experience. Steve is such a great person to work with. His install crew for our new windows, were fast and efficient. Also answered any questions I had. The roof installers were on time, did a great job and did a fantastic job of clean up afterwards. Two major projects on our house done! Couldn't have done it without Snap!
