Had a sewer break which caused my lower level to flood. I had a policy with HomeServe to repair the outside sewer damage. HomeServe provided me with one company who came out to do the first part of the job and then provided HORRIBLE customer service after. HomeServe (after sending me to companies that couldn't perform the proper service) finally hooked me up with Corados Services LLC who came out immediately to assess the damage. Corados came out in the rain and cold to do the actual sewer repair. Sam and the other men provided exceptional service and fixed my sewer line in no time. Luz, Corados' managing director, has always been quick to respond, understands the problem, is super polite, and makes sure your needs are addressed. Should I ever have any additional plumbing problems (God, I hope not!) I'll use Corados Services again. They were wonderful from start to finish.

Had recurring sewer blockage problems for two years. Several other plumbing contractors provided only short-term "fixes" or, in one case, wrongly diagnosed the problem. A Home Serve contract eventually connected me with Corados Services. Samuel and his team have been outstanding both in scoping the work required and executing it quickly and with skill . They are outstanding.

We had a policy with homeserve, and been dealing problems with our home sewer line for 3 years. Had multiple contractors come out to attempt to fix the issue only to cause more problems. Finally homeserve send us Sam and his company, we were nervous at first because of our past experiences... But Sam and his crew knocked it out of the park, fixed everything with our sewer line and found a problem with our water line, he worked with homeserve and was also able to fix my water line to avoid the possibility of more digging in the future. Lastly, Sam and his crew look at everything and found a problem with the county sewer line and called to report it to the county so that they can come out and fix it. Overall, it was so refreshing and great to work with true professionals. A+ all around, do not hesitate to give them work.
