Very disappointed! Originally, I was very optimistic. They did a great job for a neighbor who recommended them. So, I was very much looking forward to working with them. This was an insurance claim on my siding. Ricky, their Business Development Manager, told me his plan of action. He would send a piece of my siding to a company in Florida to validate or see if they could match the color. If they couldn't match the color, he would submit a estimate to my insurance company to replace all my siding. Sounded good I only met with him once. That was in the later part of 2018. It's now late May, 2019. He did not call me once to give me a status update. I had to call him. On two occasions he told me he had to check and would get back with the next day. For some reason, I believed him... I like him. He never called back! I called him again 2-3 days ago. It's not that he ignores my calls. He knows its me calling. He's very polite. He told me he would check into the status of my case and

Matt was a great point of contact. Very thorough, explained every step of the way, and was available at a moments notice. Latasha does great work hashing everything out with the insurance company so the homeowner doesn’t have to. Everyone was friendly, accommodating and transparent. The work that was done is beautiful. Would recommend to anyone with a potential insurance claim.
