Still testing things out, but so far things are looking good. One thing I can confirm is that the customer service is the best around. Informative and interactive with the whole family! When it comes to the time for job completion, don't get too comfortable... it'll be done before you know it.

Arthur was able to come out the next day after I called. The quote was discussed a few weeks prior due to Covid we had to reschedule. I had a leak abs it was discovered quickly and repaired. He also made me aware of other possible issues that might need repairs in the future which was appreciated. There was a slight issue with the bill at the end of the job, but it was easily resolved. I’ll call him again, no questions asked.

Arthur is awesome, we contacted him at 12am, and although he was sleepy, he can to our house to address a potential gas emergency. Thankfully it was all good due to his thoroughly work. He did come back later to cap a gas pipe that was unrelated. Thank you for the peace of mind!
