Just like everyone else says, Arthur is super responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He came to do a minor fix in my shower, but gave me advice on all sorts of plumbing I have in my place and things to look out for in the future! It was super helpful since all my plumbing and appliances were here when I bought the place so I didn’t know much about them. Would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone! Arthur is awesome, we contacted him at 12am, and although he was sleepy, he can to our house to address a potential gas emergency. Thankfully it was all good due to his thoroughly work. He did come back later to cap a gas pipe that was unrelated. Thank you for the peace of mind!

Never a fun time when half your ceiling caves in, but Arthur made it quick and easy work! He answered immediately to my initial call, and gave me instructions on how to put in an official request online. He had us wait until the next day (since the leak was relatively maintained) so we wouldn't have to pay over-time fees (appreciate the look out!) and gave me a time that he would be coming by. He finished his first job early and came right over, got the leak fixed, gave me excellent advice for the future, and checked a couple other areas around the house too!
