Kolb Electric

Easy to make an appointment with a friendly person on the phone. Loved the electrician that came to my house. He was friendly, knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently! I would recommend Kolb to anyone!

Called, albeit on Christmas Eve, but had an emergency, and Kolb was one of the only services to actually answered the phone, took our information and said someone would call. This gives the impression that despite the day, they are available. No one calls, so we follow up a couple hours and are told that someone would contact us with an ETA. Followed up again a few hours later - same response. Called again a few hours later and are forwarded to a supervisor who has a "what did you expect?" attitude. Supervisor says they haven't had anyone working in our area all day. Couldn't make it right either - couldn't schedule an appointment until Wednesday. So much for 24/7 emergency service. Again, I understand it's Christmas Eve, but the poor communication, the promises that someone was indeed working today, and lackadaisical attitude is not a good impression. Will be going elsewhere to get this problem solved.

This company branch in Elkridge is horrible the branch manager Chuck White who is quote the same ex employee from Hawkins electric, does not know how to supervise this branch and has push numerous employees away do too his lack of management skills and false promises!
