Gregory Mack (our account rep) was MOST dedicated and diligent to get this replacement approved by my insurance company - took almost two years with Greg reaching out to my insurance company after heavy storms. My house is on a corner (wind-tunnel) - after approval for replacement, the roofers showed up the morning of a recent rain at 7 am, waiting for the rain to stop, started immediately thereafter, and finished that evening! LOVE the fact that 5-Star was able to get this job done (finally!) and in a most professional fashion as well. My neighbors have already commented about the way these new roof tiles look compared to the builder grade tiles I had before that only lasted 13 years!!!! We have a sign out front yard now showing our support and pleasure with their work and will definitely refer 5-Star to all others seeking roof replacements or upgrade.
