My roof needed fixing and my back porch was damaged from a very bad storm. Pro Tech Improvements was recommended to me from another customer. I had to get 3 written estimates for my insurance company. I choose Pro Tech Improvements because, 1st, they were recommended and 2nd they came close to the budget the insurance company gave me. They completed the job in the time frame they stated and showed up on time every day for work. They cleaned up behind themselves, which was very important to me. First rate, great quality work, on time and at a fair price. Mr. Randy Wills's personable, professional demeanor and sensible suggestions made him the best choice for my roof repair. A tree had smashed into the eave and knocked all sorts of boards loose too. I liked the marked company trucks, Mr. Wills's availability, and I especially liked that he presented a written estimate and contract with photos and warranty. I'm amazed and pleased at how quickly, yet thoroughly the job was completed. Not only did it look like it never happened but also, Randy took $150 off the final bill because they didn't have to replace, and actually were able to restore this partially crushed old metal attic vent! And when the job was done, Pro Tech was concerned with any questions and followed-up afterwards. HIGHLY recommended! Randy is the only person I would call for exterior repairs. He replaced the roof of a previous house and installed new gutter guards on my current home. Very reasonably priced work and above all, honesty. Some people will try to take advantage of your lack of knowledge but Randy gives you knowledge and tells you how to save money on repairs.
