Capitol Improvements - Roofing & Siding Contractors

In November 2020, I selected “Capitol Improvements” when I needed Siding work to repair my vinyl siding on one side of my 3-level end unit townhouse, after my neighbor’s fire melted my siding. Based on my experience working with “Capitol Improvements” I would highly recommend them to do any Vinyl siding work on your house. My house was an eye sore to the community. I selected “Capitol Improvements” from a list of 10 or more potential siding companies. After much research I narrowed, the list down to 5 companies. I asked each company the same questions, trying to get a feel for who I should select to do the work. I went back and forth with the companies, asking questions, researching the companies using BBB.org, requesting information in writing, and talking to the company representative in person. I selected “Capitol Improvements” because the owner “Pat”, took the time to talk to me, explaining what would be done to restore the house, better than before the house was damaged

From the moment I contacted the Capitol Improvements to complete of the roof replace I received excellent services. The customer service exceeded all expectations. Pat Jewell, owner reach out personally to ensure of my questions were answered prior to the roof inspection. Furthermore Pat, developed a group text with all members of their team & me to ensure consistent communications. The roof inspection was organized and detailed. Lance’s attention to detail exceeded the inspection conducted by my insurance company. Additionally, Lance took his time & explained EVERY step of the roof replacement coupled with educational materials for me review prior to deciding to sign a contract. Once the job was completed (roof replacement & painted the ceiling) Lance returned for a walk thru. I have never had a contractor provide such personal attention.
