Jacob and his worker spent a couple of long hot days putting our Swingset together and we are so pleased with their work. They were very hard workers and we were so happy with their work we hired them to power wash our porches a few days later. I would refer them to anyone!

Absolutely my mistake to choose Jacob and would give zero star if possible. He didn’t have customer best interest at heart and only cares about money. I hired him to do laminate flooring job and he took $200 deposit and keeps moving dates after we agreed at first place. He said he would pick up materials for me for free but on the night before he told its $85 delivery fee. After picking it up he wouldn’t driver to my place on the same day and wants to deliver them next day and even I know the wood needs to acclimate before install. He was just about to start the work right away without letting the wood acclaimed next day. I decided not to use him after he delivered the stuff to me after an hour late and I was just tired of his rudeness and unprofessionalism. He insists charging me for the delivery fee even though he had my $200 deposit for nothing. I paid $285 to learn my lesson hope you don’t make the same mistake again.

Jacob is the best handyman I have ever had . I have been using him for my primary house and my rental properties. He always can find the problems and fix the problems right away. He is so quick and efficient. Today is Saturday, my rental house main bathroom shower was broken and the water is leaking. I have to shut off the main water line and the condo has no water. I called Jacob Saturday afternoon at 4:30pm and he sacrificed his weekend time with his family and come immediately to the condo to fixed the shower. That solve a big problem for me and my tenant. I really appreciate him and highly recommend Jacob for anything you need to fix in the house!
