Very thankful that Fred came through and was able to assess the issue with drafty windows at our condo association. He pointed out the real problem was likely broken seals on windows that were 20+ years old and not an issue with exterior caulking. He gave me simple solutions to share with the unit owner that she could do to mitigate the problem until she could replace the windows. Very helpful and went above and beyond to try to help us! Oh and I should mention Fred did exterior caulking around our condo property door frames about a month ago and the unit owners shared they were really pleased with the quality of the work. What did he do? There was no note or anything of what was done to my exterior. Looks exactly the same. Nothing seems to have been done. Continuation from previous posting, this was emailed to me as part of Cumberland Condo’s repair order. They contacted me that Ace Handyman would be at my place for repair. A repairman Cameron (with picture) was shown, and time of arrival. Please clarify ifbthat was your company?

Fred and team did a great job replacing one of my front porch steps! Would definitely recommend them and plan on using them again for other handyman work!
