Tri-Pups shows up and provides detailed estimates. They do quality work at a reasonable price at a promised time. I’ve had them do multiple projects at my home, business and my rental house. The most outrageous estimates I ever seen in my life! Here is an example of what I am talking about: I completely removed a bedroom door, the frame and the trim. I hung a brand new pre hung door. The work involved: 1. Squaring the frame out... just a few minor adjustments. It was almost done for him! 2. Cutting off the shims that where sticking out past the walls on each side. 3. Cutting 6 pieces of Trim and nail the Trim up: (8) 45-degree cut at the top and (4) Straight cut at the bottom: Super simple & Super quick cuts for the inside and outside of the door). Maybe 10 Minutes. Tri-Pups, Inc. wanted 350.00 for a job that should of taken Maybe an hour and a half if someone took there time! I had the Trim, Shims, and the Nails laying right next to the door but a Professional would of used a nail gun. I was moving out of Michigan and had to be at a job in Phoenix the next day. It took Tri-Pups, Inc. 4 Business days to give us an Outrageous estimate because Tri-Pups, Inc. is a Sub Contrac

We have used Tri-Pups several times for a range of jobs. Every time, Chris does an exceptional job, is reasonably priced and is completely trustworthy. He has come out on short notice for urgent repairs and during the only job that was bigger than anticipated, he communicated about what he had found, how it needed to be repaired, and kept the billing very fair. I will continue to call Tri-Pups!
