Great company! Great customer service! They installed our roof after a hail storm two years ago. They were so easy to work with, and everyone was polite and helpful, and the roof looks great! This year we had what we thought was a leak in our roof. We called them at 8am, and they showed up two hours later to check it out! They inspected everything, caulked what they thought may have been the problem. They came out a second time after it was still leaking, and we discovered it's a leak in the pipe from our water heater. They recommended an HVAC company for us to call. I had a very positive experience using To Serve Contracting for roof replacement following Hurricane Florence. The process drug out for some six months following the hurricane. The insurance company did not feel that my roof warranted replacement but the roof had obviously been compromised. After a lot of back and forth with my insurance company and being denied by multiple inspectors, I turned my claim over to Nick Lemon and To Serve Contracting.
