I had an emergency roof leak at my Church in the middle of winter on January 13, 2021. I called Steve R with BL Dalsin Roofing in the late evening of January 13, he returned my call and said he and his crew would come to take a look in couple days. On January 15, Steve showed up with his crew, found a failed patch and couple deteriorated sheet metal joints on my church's flat roof, did a temporary repair, stopped the leak when snows were still on the roof. He scheduled a follow up appointment to come back in spring time to reinspect the work and do a permanent repair at that time. I hired Steve at BL Dalsin Roofing for three roof repair projects at multiple locations now, and I will call him again for future flat roof maintenance service needs. Their price for emergency roof repair is reasonable. Their billings for the repair is very clear with photos showing the failed parts of the roof, and what was repaired.
