Mr. Handyman of New Brighton and White Bear Lake

I had this company come out to fix some loose siding on our house (about 5-6 feet were loose). They came, fixed the siding, then left. 11 months later, the exact same siding fell off (there were fairly strong gusts outside when the siding fell off, but nothing crazy - it was a bright and sunny October day). Supposedly this company gives a warranty on their work, stating they will fix any issues with their repair within 1 year for free - don't believe it. Though this time the siding was a thin ~20 foot section (the siding was all connected), part of the portion that had fallen off was from their own repair. Perhaps this is a bit of a murky situation, as they had only fixed a portion of the siding, but I still felt the company had liability here. Why didn't they check that whole portion of siding when they fixed it initially? Even if they didn't check the other connected portion, they have a guarantee that their work will last for a year, which did not happen. I honestly felt if not ful

$177 per hour for 2 hour small job, plus 5.00 for gas. Will never use again!!! Unfair! Services: Home maintenance & repairs, General repairs
