RBMK Heating & Cooling

I called RBMK to inspect and tune up our furnace before the winter. Jorge was on time and provided a detailed explanation on what he saw during the inspection. Jorge explained to me that our furnace was 21 years old and due to an issue he discovered with the heat exchanger, it was probably best to get a new furnace installed. I had several questions and Jorge answered them all thoroughly and went over all our options to resolve the issue. I never once felt like he was trying to "sell" me a furnace for the sake of selling me one. It was something we needed and Jorge was very helpful in explaining what RBMK could provide. He even told me to go out and get quotes to compare. Ultimately, we went with RBMK to install the furnace. Jorge showed up early the day of the installation and had the new furnace installed in a couple hours. Jorge was great to work with! Our AC went out on us a few days ago. He was very responsive and fit us into his busy schedule to make sure our family wasn't cooking for long. His prices were very fair, and we definitely plan on recommending him to friends and family in the future!
