Ryan and his team were exceptional! I typically do not write reviews and work on my own house but life has gotten busy. Ryan came out to fix a problem that a different electrician company gave us. We hired an electrician a week ago and that electrician was terrible (it was not Bulb Switch Electric). This terrible company spent 3 hours at our house, made one of our outlets worse, and told us we would have to rip out our kitchen backsplash to finish the job. I then contacted Bulb Switch Electric LLC to get a second opinion. Ryan was very attentive to our problem and assured me we didn't not need to rip out the backsplash. He and his team came over and redid the job (work on 6 outlets) of the previous company. We ended up not having to rip out our backsplash because Ryan knows his stuff and his company saved us a thousand of dollars of remodel expenses! Ryan and Matt showed up in time frame given. Friendly, Fast and knowledgeable. Swapped out switchs that needed it, didn't do anything that didn't need fixining, and didn't make a Crone feel like an idiot for simple reset. I'll use them again. Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair
