Jason was my technician. He does a thorough inspection of the units and replaced the filters. He is the most thorough technician I have had — & I’ve had a few????. Not every technician will service an attic unit. I have had good service from Climate Control. I will stay with them & their yearly service plan as long as Jason is my technician! Jason was my service tech for our A/C unit. We have used this company many times, and he took the time to read all our customer notes before getting here and asked me if I had any concerns. Was professional and did an excellent job cleaning the unit outside and inside. Also, he added some additional sheet metal to our older unit where we had aluminum tape to give it a better seal. I truly appreciate Jason taking the time to get the job done right. Thank you Jason for your attention to detail and professionalism as those are two things I look for with a company. Did a great job. Got there in the morning and took the time to make it nice. I had a 20 year old water heater that ended up with a slow leek. DIY pipe ran. So it needed to be all redone. Cost a little more then I expected but got more then I expected as well. I’ll be getting the rest of my stuff done by then as time goes on. Furnace/ac and such. Service: Water heater installation
