Troy came out the same day our unit quit. Informed us that our system was improperly built the first time and gave us a fair price. Allin came out two days later to install a whole new system. Couldn’t be happier. For the first time in the 18 years I’ve owned the house it is comfortable in the summer. I now have six portable a/c units up for sale. Highly recommend!! Called Climate control to look at a water heater on Monday. A plumber came over and looked at it, but couldn't fix it because it needed more manpower. The plumber was professional and courteous. I followed up on Tuesday with the office , and they said they were working on a quote and I would hear back soon. Waited another day and still no word. Finally, called another company and they sent a plumber who fixed it in less than an hour. He laughed when I said I was waiting for a quote from another company. In short, this was a simple job. Climate Control only cares about google reviews. I will not call Climate Control again.
Blessed to have contacted them. It started with Christy when I called on Sunday 9/10 and she was super nice. I have only been living in our house for a year and not sure if Climate Control installed the unit. She took my info down and had to check another system on Monday morning and got back to me quickly. Climate control did not service it but I scheduled for them to come on 9/12. They came to look at it and diagnosed the issue and presented me with 3 options. Currently in a hardship, the technician Brently Palmer understood and said they are here to help the customer out. He was able to speak with his manager Kirk and was able to help me out significantly to get my unit back up and running. Thank you for what you guys did and it shows that you care to listen to each circumstance.
