Metro Heating and A/C

Metro Heating and AC is absolutely THE best. My tech was Mike who was prompt, friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. I have had different companies out to repair my AC for the past 3 summers. Each one filled my coolant, and said there were no leaks. Mike found THREE leaks that were missed, and cleaned up a LOT of bad work the other companies had left behind. Working with Mike I felt personally assured and relieved to finally have some answers and an actual repair to the system. Not only that, but the pricing is SUPERB! Extremely reasonable pricing. I had been losing sleep stressing over how much this might cost and was so relieved (my system uses the old R22 coolant). Mike at Metro Heating and AC did a fantastic job and when I'm ready to replace the system in a year or two he will absolutely be the first call I make without question. They replaced my hot water heater. They were considerate and let me know when they would arrive. Kent and Nate were courteous and very professional. They took the time to explain what needed to be done. They completed the work in a timely fashion and checked to make sure I had hot water and good water pressure before they left.
