Darren was here this morning to replace the cartridge in my kitchen faucet. I had misplaced the paperwork. It's a Moen. He informed me that Moen faucets have a lifetime warranty. I called Moen and sure enough, they would have sent me the replacement part free of charge. (I did find my paperwork...). He also taught me how to look up a product on my phone by just scanning it. Who knew? I have an older model American Standard shower faucet that is also hard to turn to adjust water temp. Next, I asked him about my aging water heater. Wow. Also pleased with the estimate and support AND rebate potential. I believe I have found my plumbing and HVAC 'home'. *sigh* It's a process for sure! I've expended a ton of money to get where I am finally comfortable and trusting of a company. Thank you, Darren for all your help.
