Full Nelson was able to get James out to my house same day to check out a leaking water heater (water gushing out). James was very polite and professional. He answered my many questions and even got on the phone with my husband who was out of town to explain the situation and provide replacement options. James installed a new water heater, showed me how it worked, and made sure everything was back up and running before leaving. He was also very careful to keep everything neat and tidy throughout the process. 10/10 definitely recommend! Service: Water heater installation
