When our air conditioning quit cooling, a neighbor recommended SS&B and that was a good call! Thomas Ferron was efficient even as he explained what he was doing. At our request he gave us information on service plans. And he had us up and cooling quickly. Service: A/C system maintenance
Our AC gave up the ghost late on Friday, called SS&B on Saturday morning. Thomas Farron made it out about 45 minutes later. Very professional and courteous. He quickly diagnosed the problem, a mouse had shorted out the compressor capacitor. We elected to replace it ourselves, but appreciated the quick response to get it diagnosed. Would definitely call SS&B again for any future problems.
Great customer service, Cody showed up during the time I was quoted. He explained everything to me and got my air conditioning fixed quickly and efficiently, also very friendly. Thanks also to Terri for helping get the service call scheduled quickly. SS&B will be my first call for any future needs.
