So appreciative of the Jon Wayne team! I was incredibly stressed when I came home from work on a hot Friday afternoon to my AC unit not working. A friend recommended Jon Wayne, so I gave them a call. I was added to their service list for a window of time that same evening. Robert N. arrived close to the beginning of the window of time, which was much appreciated! He was very professional and thorough in his examination of my AC system and provided his findings in a way that was easy for me to understand. I immediately felt a sense of relief! He went above and beyond on his call and I was very impressed. Should I have any other issues arise with my HVAC, or if a friend is in need of a company, Jon Wayne has my recommendation!

We've used this company for a few years servicing our super old junky unit, they were always prompt, not pushy, kind and knowledgeable. This year we finally got a whole new system! Nathan came and did our free estimate, was very friendly, on time, and was able to help us find solutions to all our problems within our budget. Aaron was helpful helping us obtain financing, was very quick. Shawn and Cameron did our install, they showed up on time, were very friendly, respectful, and quickly removed our old system, and installed new and cleaned up! We were very happy. Corey did great job! We had Nathan out to give us an estimate for a new Ac/heat. We tried for financing , we didn't qualify through them and we were told that someone would call to help use find another place. Never received call back. Called the office on Friday ( lady was rude) and told us someone would call on Tuesday ( I believe the name was Aaron). What a joke. Guess they only want to service rich people. We are going to try different company. They didn't have any problem taking out money though! Update: so after I left a bad review, I received a phone call at work(not a nice one) from someone from this company calling me a lair. He said he called and spoke to me regarding this matter and even said he sent emails! We never received call or emails.. I believe someone drop the ball on this and mistake s happen. All it takes is a phone call admitting you were wrong! Not call me at work and be snide and rude! I will not be recommending them to anyone ar
