This was the first time the wife and I used Springfield Plumbing and we were truly impressed. Everything we read from other reviewers is true. They are master plumber and pipe fitter specialists! We needed to have a natural gas line and loft burner installed in our fireplace and knew up front it would be a challenge since our fireplace is so small. Ben and Chris did an excellent job and were a capable team. Like other reviewers mentioned they did the work for us in a timely manner and went above and beyond what we expected. Their bid for the installation was likewise quite a bit lower in cost what other plumbing companies bid for the work. We have used a lot of plumbers over the years and must say these guys have to be the best plumber and pipe fitters in Springfield! Thank you, Brandon, Ben and Chris. We will certainly be calling you again in the future.

I called Springfield Plumbing when my old hot water heater went out, within a few hours they sent me a quote that I felt was reasonable. Next day as scheduled they installed the new hot water heater at the quoted rate. Afterward they checked to make sure all was well, good experience. Service: Water heater installation
