Emory, after installing my generator, up-sold me six load shedding devices which were absolutely not needed as the generator has this options built in. To add insult to injury, the unnecessary device connecting the A/C ceased working and even while I was on regular power, it disconnected my A/C. I called Emory, and they REMOVED the device that I never needed but paid for, and then charged me for the visit! A call to them resulted in a profanity filled conversation (on their service managers' part) and it looks like we are going to court now. Beware!!
My employer uses Emory for all of the electric needs. We have used Emory for several things at our home and always been pleased. Emory has a kind professional team who get the job done !
Technician did not fix my problem. Told us that repair was not needed as it was working perfectly. Not the case as problem still exists. Waste of money! Services: Remodeling, Light fixture repair
