This company is great to work with. I have had my old heat pump system go down twice in the last year, each time I called them and there were able to fix it right away during the winter and the summer. I purchased a home in 2020, and 1st Choice installed my HVAC system. The system works fine in the summer, but every winter, the heat stops working and it's very inconvenient and difficult especially when temperatures are in the single digits I love the company but this equipment is terrible. As a first time home buyer I should've done alot more research and paid more attention to detail but I could not have foreseen a persistent issue like this.
