1st Choice Service Group Heating & Air

1st Choice installed our heating & air when we built our house in 2013. They have serviced it ever since & been a pleasure to work with. Their attention to detail & wanting to do everything first class makes me feel very confident in their service.

I purchased a home in 2020, and 1st Choice installed my HVAC system. The system works fine in the summer, but every winter, the heat stops working and it's very inconvenient and difficult especially when temperatures are in the single digits I love the company but this equipment is terrible. As a first time home buyer I should've done alot more research and paid more attention to detail but I could not have foreseen a persistent issue like this. Elizabeth did a great job getting our service scheduled and keeping us updated about our appointment. Matt serviced our equipment and located the problem that we were having quickly. The part was ordered for us and came in ahead of schedule and our repair was completed. Our system is running just like it did when it was new.
