My complaint is about "aftercare." A little more than 2 years after our roof was installed, we sprang a leak. I called the company and agreed that they could send someone out to look at the leak. The man who arrived to check the leak didn't speak English. We showed him the leak in the room and in the attic. He then went outside to and up onto the roof. At no time did he say that he was making the repair. At no time did we agree to the repair being made without an estimate. The next morning we received an email with an invoice--a rather pricey amount. We expected to receive an estimate, and then decide to either go ahead or to call someone else. We weren’t allowed that option. Our money was spent without our permission. Service: Roof damage repair

1st National Roofing replaced the roof on our home. Jared was great to work with. He walked us through each step and was always available to answer questions. His crew arrived on time (actually earlier than we expected!) and worked steady all day. Our yard was left clean & debris free. Our roof looks great and we could not be more pleased with the results.
