Seth went above and beyond to ensure that my roof replacement was as stress-free as possible. He not only helped me navigate the insurance process, but he and his team also went out of their way to make sure my outdoor furniture and potted plants were moved safely and remained undamaged during the process. As a dad with two young kids, Seth even took the time to check in throughout the day to give us updates and ensure we were ok. He was even extremely friendly with my 120 lb Great Pyrenees (she can be a handful lol)! The work that Forever Exteriors did on my roof was exceptional. The crew was professional, efficient, and did a fantastic job. They had a large team and were able to complete the job in just one day! After numerous roofers’ approached our home but were unwilling to deal with our insurance company, Allstate, I was approached by Karl Bloom of Forever Interiors. Mr. Bloom, after an inspection of our 18 year old roof ( the majority of homes in our subdivision had already had roof replacements), Karl Bloom was confident he could work with the Allstate adjusters. Karl B. provided detailed information/photos/videos as well as accurate estimates of time & material cost to Allstate. I asked that Karl be allowed to ask and answer questions on my behalf and represent me in discussions with Allstate regarding materials, cost, N. C. codes and recommendations for upgrades. Karl identified sub contractors to replace metal roofing over the front porch. Karl was critical in the successful negotiations and detail discussions with Allstate.
