This team is amazing! From the quoting/sale to the installation of the roof and gutters, they were responsive, communicative and prompt. Their work is exemplary and their crew is quick with set up, installation and clean up! They even painted the venting to make it look better with the new roof color we chose! The project manager was informative; he explained their process from beginning to end. He also came back to make sure any debris (screws, nails, etc) was removed after the crews were finished. These guys did a great job walking us through the process from beginning to end with everything. They were patient with all of our questions, gave easy to understand help and the entire crew on the day of the installation were great. They did quick work, cleaned up well and followed up with making sure everything was to our satisfaction. Their office administrators are excellent and they scheduled us in a timely manner. On Tops Roofing installed our new roof in 2015. I recently noticed a small leak and contacted them. Arturo showed up right on time and found the problem and his co-worker had it fixed within an hour. I have not received a bill for the work done, and I think that is very good service seeing that seven years has passed since the roof was installed. A great overall experience.
