Zachary was excellent to work with. Took care of the backend stuff with insurance for the roof and helped pick out better replacement materials. I was pessimistic about unexpected major issues since it's an older house. None were encountered that they hadn't already accounted for or were quick to remedy. I have a great experience with Ultra Roofing for our roof replacement. Juan was very helpful and responsive. He replied to all our questions quickly. All the paperwork to insurance was handled from start to finish. The quote was fair for my house and garage and insurance also agrees. The crew was professional and quick even though they had to work during the hottest days back in August. They also cleaned up daily up till the project was completed. The crew also did a post installation walk around the house which I thought was great. It shows that they want to do a good job and is double checking the work and any leftover debris.
