Very impressed with the high quality and level of service! Israel stopped by for the initial consultation, was very thorough, and answered all of our questions. Manuel came to do the repairs and he was polite, efficient, and left everything clean. Israel followed up by explaining everything that was completed along with options for future upgrades. Israel and his team were quick, efficient, and professional. Air Carolinas Plus was the only HVAC company that came out the same day I inquired. He was the only business that educated us on zoning and how it would help our HVAC system. The two days that we waited to have our home serviced, Israel provided cooling units to help keep us and our home cool. No other company offered this for us. We appreciated how quickly he responded to our initial inquiry. Air Carolinas Plus also upgraded our original thermostat units to Nests.
