Komfort Air Service Experts

A team of four came to our house....Ray, Matt, Maria and Erica. Usually only one service person is needed, but this was a training opportunity for a new computer program to enhance the customer experience. Everyone was courteous, friendly, knowledgable and took ample time to explain everything they were going to do and check. They gave us numerous opportunities to address any issues or concerns we had about our system and offered possible solutions for us to consider implementing. We highly recommend this company. I would like to say that the staff at Komfort Air was very professional and knowledgeable. Mr. Clark was very helpful in deciding which unit would work for our home and was able to schedule the installation for the next day. Eddie and G were prompt and professional with their installation. They cleaned up afterwards. Eddie was kind enough to show us how to operate our new system and explained all they did. Thanks guys, we would use you guys again!

Curtis and Tony did a fantastic job installing our new AC and HVAC units. It was a tremendously hot day and they got the work done as quickly as possible ensuring high quality. The rest of the staff was excellent to work with as well. Thank you!!!
