I have to speak about my service tech. My service tech was named Jason. He was courteous. He was smart. He was most respectful and most of all he enlightened me on the things that were wrong with my unit. He tried to get the parts it's quickly as possible. I would recommend IRV to anyone I read the reviews good and bad but the good I waved the bad and they are 100% better than (GSM) Service: Repair HVAC

When my A/C went out, I initially had an issue with IRV which led to some frustrations but the sign of a good company is how they deal with those types of situations and they completely turned around my impression of them with top notch responsiveness and support, led by Melissa, the Office Manager, and Matthew, the Service Manager. Those two exceeded my expectations and turned a 1 star review into a 5 star review. Excellent communication and excellent performance. I would definitely recommend. Thank you both!

Hand's down best quality support service. Matthew knew exactly what was needed to fix my cooling issue and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need. Also gave me important information on preventative maintenance. He showed up exactly when my appointment time was scheduled & finished within the time frame. I would definitely recommend him & IRV for all of their services they offer.
