Great experience start to finish. The entire team was very responsive, kept in good communication with myself and the insurance company. Followed up after the job was complete to make sure we were satisfied. The install team did a great job with the roof replacement and with the cleanup around the house and our pool area afterwards. I realize this review is a little late as American Roofing Company ("ARC") did a roof replacement for me back in early January, 2021. They first contacted me by knocking on my door back in October of 2020 notifying me of some missing and damaged shingles. After a lot of explanation from Drew I agreed to see if they could help me out. They really did all the work of contacting my insurance company to scheduling the replacement date, all I had to do was pick the style of shingle. The entire company was very professional, from the initial sales call, to leading up to the actual replacement (in fact I had to change the installation date due to Christmas decorations being up when the initial date was scheduled in mid-December), to the installation day, to respecting and protecting my property, to the clean-up, and then the follow up.
