Breck was incredible! Ended up getting a maintenance plan which I usually don’t do. I needed refrigerant but he had none on the truck. He drove back to Raleigh to get some and was at our home at 7:30 pm getting it fixed! He had already been there half a day!! Great service and a very professional guy! Service: HVAC system repair

This company really cares about your needs and will take care of everything fast and efficient! I highly recommend these guys for any heating and air problems you may have! I feel like this place totally ripped me off. I had my AC go out a couple weeks ago on a thursday. Call Sky on Friday morning and they got someone out very quickly. Guy showed up and said the fan motor is dead and he needs to replace it. He does that, and to his credit there was a yellowjacket nest by the condenser unit that we had to rig up a shop vac to to keep the bugs at bay. It costs me around $1000 dollars, which is a lot, but I am grateful to not be roasting in the house. Later that day the unit goes out again. It's blowing air but not cooling at all. Guy comes back, adjusts the fan blade position and says it should be working better. The next morning everything seems fine and my wife and I were out of town all day. The house was 90 degrees when we got back. Had to sleep in that mess and it was brutal. I did some research and had ordered a capacitor from amazon since a lot of people suggested it based on the symptoms. Guy comes back out Sunday for the third time. Swaps o
