Had an AC unit installed at a property, an a year later the unit already has issues. Called Sky for maintenance, was informed I have to wait over a week for them to fix basically a brand new unit, in addition pay a diagnostic fee. Not sure about the customer service or commitment to products they sell/install. Service: Install AC
I appreciate for the diligent work of the 2 gentlemen who come to install a unit at my home a couple of months ago and at my fathers home most recently. Our maintenance/repair techs have been great. We have had one or two issues after service, and whenever this was the case, they have actively tried to fix any issues.
