From the beginning to completion of installation a really really courteous and professional staff of employees!! Protecting my carpeting and walls, disposing of old unit and cleaning up after themselves. I’m sure this job will pass inspection!!! We had our water main break 24 hours before leaving on vacation. We though we would have to just shut off the water and deal with it when we got back but Queen City sent out Jeff and he, Hayden and Nas figured out how to get the repair completed in our very narrow window of time. They did this late in the afternoon on a hot, humid Friday when I'm sure the last thing they wanted to do was dig a hole in the ground and fish new pipe. I know it is what they get paid to do but they really stepped up in the spirit of solving our problem and I am extremely grateful for their effort. This is the kind of service we all hope for when we call a plumber, electrician etc and I will absolutely not hesitate to call Queen City again in the future.

Queen City Heating, Air, & Plumbing came highly recommended. The primary reason for needing to contact them was to install a digital thermostat that I had purchased for my new home. Since a tech was going to be here, I also asked that he take a look a my system and evaluate it, as the bedrooms typically run colder than the rest of the house. Matthew arrived on time and patiently explained everything to me as he evaluated the system. He gave me recommendations and even called for a quote so I could make a completely informed decision. After evaluating the system, he installed the thermostat quickly and efficiently. He was very professional and did a great job. While the install was a bit more expensive than I expected, it was worth it knowing that it was done correctly. Service: Install thermostat
