We had the best experience with Queen City Heating, Air and Plumbing. Fernando was very professional, nice and knowledgeable. He worked quickly, fixed the issue and left no mess. We will definitely call Fernando again!

We had our water main break 24 hours before leaving on vacation. We though we would have to just shut off the water and deal with it when we got back but Queen City sent out Jeff and he, Hayden and Nas figured out how to get the repair completed in our very narrow window of time. They did this late in the afternoon on a hot, humid Friday when I'm sure the last thing they wanted to do was dig a hole in the ground and fish new pipe. I know it is what they get paid to do but they really stepped up in the spirit of solving our problem and I am extremely grateful for their effort. This is the kind of service we all hope for when we call a plumber, electrician etc and I will absolutely not hesitate to call Queen City again in the future.
