Paul was amazing to work with! He was very personable, friendly, and professional. He was quick to tell us what he thought was wrong, and actually pointed us in another direction because it was an issue outside of their expertise. I cannot express how nice it was to have someone looking out for the good of the customer. We will definitely be using Queen City in the future and will happily refer anyone to them!! Donald and Comer were wonderful in troubleshooting the leak in my pipes that had a cut in it on the cold water valve. They were professional and honest, they gave me a quote before doing anything to give me an idea of what I'll be looking at and were explaining every step for me to understand. They were quick about the repair and gave me referrals for the post-opt of fixing my ceiling. Queen City Plumbing quickly called back once I left a voicemail within the hour and were able to schedule me very fast in their schedule. We had a leaking pipe to the street that needed to be replaced quite quickly. Bill called my husband back right away and came out the next day for an evaluation (other companies are just calling us back 4 days later and giving us a hard time that we already fixed the issues (pooh pooh on them)). Bill was great, professional and honest. He sent Michael and Rhett out the very next day to fix everything. They were fantastic! On top of being out here quickly they were super nice and professional. Most of our yard had to be dug up and they even saved several of my plants so that I could re-plant them! We hope we won't have any future plumbing issues, but if we do we will definitely be calling Queen City Plumbing again!
