I originally called and asked if they had same-day service, but was told that there was no one who could come out that day shortly after I received a phone call from them and she said that someone actually could come out that day which I really appreciated her calling me back to tell me so. What an amazing experience!!! They checked off every box for me. This was a huge deal for me. I’m a first time homeowner and faced the ugly challenge of needing a new gas water heater. This team was AVAILABLE ( I called them at 10pm at night) Diligent ( I was scheduled immediately, with work completed the same day), Friendly, Clean, Knowledgeable. Queen City Plumbing provided excellent service when we had an emergency broken water pipe on a weekend. Dispatch was immediate and the plumber quickly assessed the problem. To make matters worse there was a rain storm, however the plumber insisted on getting the work completed while getting soaked at the same time. Much appreciated!
