Buzy

This is a great app! It has been so convenient to use and has provided easy access to service providers who are responsive and have done excellent work. This is a time saver; I highly recommend!

From the perspective of a renter, this company is unreliable and has a poor track record in regards to communication between us, the landlord, and the vendors. We've had vendors no show on 4 different occasions where we rearranged our day in order to be home. Once was because they hadn't even heard from the landlord that the work was approved and yet they scheduled the vendor anyway. On two other occasions, we've had vendors show up and realize the scope of the work was way over their head despite a clear description of the issue. This resulted in 3 separate visits to fix one problem. The one positive thing I would say is that the text message service is convenient but I've had to text twice most times to get a response. If you are a landlord and care about customer service and keeping your renters at least slightly happy, I would hesitate to hire this company. I would not stay in a future property serviced by them.

We arranged to have Buzy provide us with powerwashing and staining our outside deck. Their designated workman for the job, came out answered our questions and arranged to come back to do the job. All work was done in a timely and professional fashion. It was great to be able to get something done on our schedule.
