My experience was wonderful! Duke and Jamie were awesome. They were on time and very professional. When they finished installing the units they made sure I understood how to operate the thermostat and what to expect. I could not ask for any better technicians! Service: Heating system installation
Acosta Heating and Cooling just replaced my entire heating and cooling system. Everyone from the technicians, sales people and the installers have been very professional, responsive and great to deal with. Jeremy, the sales guy was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Juan and Kevin, the installers were excellent, especially taking care to clean up afterwards. Thanks Acosta!!!
Nice guy but terrible outcome! New AC unit installed 2 years ago (installed by Acosta) and compressor went bad (most likely due to poor installation). When we reached out to Acosta, they quoted us more than double what other companies were INCLUDING the part warranty we had intake. Thankful to have found a company to do the job for more than half the price WITH great service. Do not recommend! Service: HVAC system repair
