Michael Cook, service tech with Acosta, did our annual cooling system maintenance today and he was exceptional. Polite, efficient and took the time to explain his findings and thoughts in a clear, reasonable manner. One of the better Acosta service techs we've ever had work on our HVAC system.

I Called 4 HVAC companies for repair, only Acosta was able to come same day. They Waived service call charge. The company price matched a competitor quote on a replacement evaporative coil which had been installed incorrectly by another contractor and leaked refrigerant. Management was very understandable and professional, knowing how difficult it was to endure 85F for 5 days while part was being shipped. Joshua, the service tech, was very helpful and wore booties in the home and cleaned up when repair was finished. As a Realtor, I recommend HVAC companies for inspections and repairs/maintenance/replacement all the time. Acosta will be at the top of my list of recommended companies. Service: A/C system repair
