Austin the electrician that came out and installed my electric charger was great! He was professional and estimated the time it would take accurately. He did a great job and glad to have my car charger installed. My original electrical panel was too full to change around so he had to do a sub panel. He explained the process and we’ve not had any issues with the charger or the new sub panel. The front office worker Dave is a pleasure to work with. Extremely nice and considerate. Responds in a timely manner and assisted in the process of scheduling and understanding what needed to be done. The owner Tim has a great group working with him and it was a pleasure doing business with them! Will definitely call back for any additional electrical jobs I have! Carolina Electric Pros were awesome to work with. They ran 100+ feet of electrical underground and wired our Hot Tub including all trenching, backfill, panel updates, outdoor box, grounding, and hot tub wiring installation. This included multiple visits for various inspections. Everything works well and all inspections passed. This was a complex job and I appreciate everything they did to make this happen. Tim at Carolina Electric Pros was wonderful. I requested an estimate to have a ceiling fan remote installed and have someone check on my professional oven that was no longer getting power. They were super quick to get back with me via email asking additional questions and for some pictures about my requested project. Later that evening they provided an estimate and got me on the schedule. They were always in communication with me and made sure my job was done quickly and professionally.
