A simple text and they responded quickly, diagnosed the issues and within a week had a new a/c unit installed. Reached out to City Air to check on furnace after another large local company quoted a 4-digit amount to do some maintenance items and pushed me to replace system altogether. Tony was super helpful, identified the minor issue that was causing the problem, and fixed for honest price that was small fraction of what large company quoted.
