City Air Experts Heating and Cooling

Our furnace was on its last leg on a Sunday, we contacted City Air that evening and they were out to our house first thing the next day! We had an awesome experience with the technician that showed up to take a look at our furnace. We ended up needing to get a new furnace after ours was 30 years old, within 4 days we had a brand new furnace installed by City Air during the coldest time of the year so far! I would give City Air more than 5 stars if I could, they were amazing and I highly recommend anyone in the Charlotte area to use them for your heating and AC needs! Rafael and City Experts were EXCELLENT! From beginning to end they were very professional. A simple text and they responded quickly, diagnosed the issues and within a week had a new a/c unit installed.
