Rafael is a super nice guy who has always been incredibly responsive. We had a 23 year old unit go out in 100 degree heat and he was able to respond to us at 10pm on a Friday night. He showed up early that Saturday morning and fixed our unit. He has also installed a full system in our house in the past and did a great job, very professional and knowledgeable about HVAC. Very fast response from them and they were able to come out the next day and quickly identify the problem, fix it, and make sure I understood what happened and why. We had some ventilation get disconnected after some roof maintenance and could have been in a very dangerous situation if not corrected quickly. Highly recommend this company.
