Rafael and City Experts were EXCELLENT! From beginning to end they were very professional. A simple text and they responded quickly, diagnosed the issues and within a week had a new a/c unit installed. Even the emails & texts keeping me posted of progress, appt reminder, etc. were a nice touch. Thanks to Salvador & Jose for all of their hard work. City Air experts installed a new AC unit and coil for me on 7/19/22. The owner, Rafael came to my house a week prior on the same day when I called about my unit not working correctly. He provided me with refrigerant at no charge to keep us cool until they were able to replace the unit. Salvadore and Jose arrived at my home on time and were able to replace my unit with no issues. Our furnace was on its last leg on a Sunday, we contacted City Air that evening and they were out to our house first thing the next day! We had an awesome experience with the technician that showed up to take a look at our furnace. We ended up needing to get a new furnace after ours was 30 years old, within 4 days we had a brand new furnace installed by City Air during the coldest time of the year so far! I would give City Air more than 5 stars if I could, they were amazing and I highly recommend anyone in the Charlotte area to use them for your heating and AC needs!
