My entire roofing experience with Kaiser Roofing and Siding was extremely positive and stress free! The service David Zamora provided throughout the process was exceptional! David is very knowledgeable, professional, thorough and personable! David initially inspected our roof, showed us photos of damage that had been caused by wind and very knowledgeable about filing an insurance claim. He reviewed roof material options and vent material options, but did not try to pressure us at all into any upgrade. We felt confident and in very good hands from beginning to end. The team of roofing installation personnel with Kaiser were excellent too! They were efficient, meticulous and clearly skilled in their craft. They were respectful of our property and cleaned everything up, including using a metal detector device to make sure our property was free from stray roofing nails. Kaiser presented us with Patrick, who was wonderful to work with. He provided a professional attitude that included the initial start to the completed product. He laid out all the details that we were able to easily understand. He continued to monitor the job being done and made excellent suggestions to update the product and end result. He was thorough in inspections done after each job done(roof and gutters). We would welcome him into our home secure in knowing he was there to provide us with what was best for our needs. Used Kaiser because they'd done some work in our neighborhood and our neighbors had no complaints. Our sales rep, Patrick, was super easy to work with and on top of the project. He coordinated with insurance, was very candid about timing and what's involved, and really drove the entire process. When we did the walk around we found a few things that needed to be addressed and Patrick got those taken care of - no arguing, no run around, very happy to make it happen.
