Had an issue on the weekend and called Charlotte Heating and Air based on great service from prior service. They had someone (Drew) out within 1-2 hours after finishing his other job. Drew was great! He quickly diagnosed and solved the issue. He explained the issue and likely causes to me for future prevention. I highly recommend Charlotte heating and air!! I want to give the best review to CH&A. Not only did they come in (Mark) and schedule as soon as possible (Stephanie), to look at our system, but they have included their Boss Keith, at every turn to make sure my family with some very specific concerns had air, had safety, and ultimately was able to be provided with a full set of pictures, what was happening with our system, and a very mindful approach to how to handle. They were our second opinion and spend a lot of time educating, teaching and even offered for a later check today to make sure all was ok. I am indebted to them and also to our neighbors the Hickmans who provided this reference. I cannot recommend them enough. If anyone has questions I am happy to answer them. Just send me a note.
