Charlotte Heating & Air

When my 23 year old AC unit starting making noise I called Charlotte Heating and Air which was recommended by several neighbors. I placed the call at 7:30 on Tuesday evening and had a service call scheduled for a two hour window on Wednesday afternoon. Drew arrived and showed me the hopeless situation of the fan blades, but managed to make some temporary repairs so that I had cool air and time to consider my needs and schedule an estimate for replacement. However, the fan went completely down on Thursday afternoon. Brian, who was to provide an estimate was scheduled for Friday and in the meantime, the office initiated an arrangement for me to borrow a free standing unit for my home. Caleb delivered and installed that unit immediately. The new system was installed the following Tuesday, but in the meantime I was kept reasonably comfortable during a 90 degree plus week. Installation was smooth and efficient with Jack and Austin arriving on time at 8 am and finishing the job by 1 pm

I’d give ten stars if I could! Responsive, great pricing, gave us exactly what we asked for. The install crew was awesome, could not have asked for a better experience start to finish.
