5 star I had placed a HVAC appt call through my home warranty company on Wednesday last week and they assigned the work to 24 hour air. 24 hour air gave me a Friday appt. the same week. Anthony called me the day before to give a proper time window and technician, Richard arrived on time. He was very courteous, professional. He had a clinical approach to narrow down the problem and had the part on hand to fix it (it was a bad capacitor on the motor). During all this he was happy to explain and answer my questions on the workings of the unit and what the part in question did. Thank you very much Richard for your quality, prompt and professional service. I am very glad my heating issue was resolved just in time before this weekend’s winter weather. I will keep 24Hour air in mind next time I need HVAC service and will recommend it to friends too. Thank you once gain Richard and Anthony for the great service. Highly appreciated. Brad was on time, knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed and completed our repair in a timely manner. He presented our repair options and the cost we could expect and, once repairs were done, there were no surprises. We would recommend 24 hour air for your heating and air needs. Service: Repair HVAC
