We called to report that we had no water. they were here within the day determined that the well which was under the house would be too costly to repair, and time consuming Within 2 days, they had the gas lines marked and we had water.. I was impressed not only by the professionalism and courtesy of the team, but also by their ability to work around 2 very helpful 2 year old Australian shepherds As an addendum This morning I called at 8 to report that our hot water heater was not working.. Within 15 minutes, Harry was here. He confirmed that the problem was the breaker. Again, I am impressed with the consistent professionalism of the company from the moment I speak with the office to the departure of the plumbing team. I highly recommend the company.

Estimated price was final price. Mike is very personable and friendly. The actual work was done quickly and accurately. The bad: failed to get permit at beginning of work, caused a 3 day job to turn into a 3 month job. This oversight was dumped in our laps to sort out,, with no help from plumbers. Terrible planning. Office has almost no idea of what field personnel are doing. Almost total lack of communication. The concrete patch work, in dug up foundation pad, looked like it was done by a five year old. The final retile we needed to do was subpar, In large part, because of this shoddy concrete patch. Total interaction with these people was frustrating and maddening. Such unprofessional behavior from what could be a great company. Wife is pleased with work, I am not happy, at all, with what we had to put up with, go through and settle with. Called and left a message on Monday asking to set up an appointment to have 4 new faucets installed and to take a look at a disconnected water supply in the garage. No one has returned my call. Happy to update this review if I receive a response for service!
