Repair required extensive work to track down a short between the thermostat and furnace. Kris, our technician was excellent throughout. He persisted until the repair was made, and communicated well at each step along the way. Although the repair turned out to be much more involved and time consuming than expected, Kris remained professional, demonstrating expert knowledge in his field, and exemplary customer service skills.
