NASCAIR Heating & Cooling

For years went with the "big corporate guys" that spend their $$ on TV commercials etc. Switched to NASCAIR a few years ago...totally impressed! Recently installed a new Furnace and two new ACs. Installers were very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with......very efficient! You can always tell based on how they got along with each other, they were a great Team and enjoyed their work! So, YES highly, highly recommend NASCAIR.....ask for Kirby, if in need a new system or if in need of general maintenance!! Our A/C stopped working on Monday and Stan was at our house at 8 am Tuesday. He identified the issue (thankfully it was minor) and had it resolved within an hour - Stan went above and beyond to make sure all our air filters were changed and in good shape before he left. Heating and Air system was installed and maintained by a corporate provider. I was told that after 11 years, this system needed to be replaced. So, I called Nascair for a quote to install another system. Kirby came out with one of the owners and examined my situation. Then the weirdest thing happened, Kirby suggested that maybe at only 11 years old, the system still had some life in it. So, instead of selling me a new system, Kirby had an experienced tech to come out and provide service. Well, Stan found an issue from the original installation and was able to correct it. Now, I feel like I am in more trustworthy hands. I feel like I am part of the Nascair family. So, I have quit using the "other" company and will now only call Nascair for service and will have them install my next heating system whenever it is really time to.
