I'm very glad I used Pure-Line when my garbage disposal started leaking. Jackie is always so kind and helpful on the phone. She called me as soon as she knew the tech was running behind (which happens in this business). I really appreciated the call so I could plan the day better. Edwin was my tech and he replaced the disposal quickly. He took the time to explain a few things with the new disposal and it's working beautifully. Pure-line sent Rob out quickly to investigate some rattling pipes. Within 10 minutes, he had identified the problem (a bad overflow tank due to high pressure) and checked on warranty for me. Under warranty, he got it swapped out fast, checked all the connections and confirmed the bath faucets were new with no leaks. He was knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with.
