After the poor communication with 3 other companies (they will remain nameless). I just want to say, they have the most accurate best service that you can ask for. I never expected such great professionalism. Ray is absolutely great. I had an appointment with a 4 hr window but asked if they would come after a specific time. They were able to come when i asked, and were in communication the entire time. When he arrived he diagnosed and corrected the problem quickly. My only suggestion is Happy Home , because of them I have a very happy home. They have an offer to come to your home twice a year foe a check up. Please, Please pay it and ask for Ray.

Technician was pleasant, professional and found and fixed the problem quickly. I was very impressed with the service. He also found a warranty on my ac which paid for the service which made my day. I will definitely be using this Company again.

The company sent me a text with picture of the service technician and arrival time. Michael was wonderful, knowledgeable answered my questions and made me feel comfortable, he also had booties on his shoes so he didn't track anything inside the house. Thank you HAPPY HOME!!!
